I enjoy using poster paint. Colours achieved are full bodied and
bring vibrancy to my work.
My
subject preference is mostly anything found at the tides edge.
Towns to wave washed debris found at the tidal line.
A New York gallery probably best described my work: "Seascapes
are favourite, the colour is bold, brash and not at all bashful,
the way we would all like to remember what we once witnessed and
exaggerated. Yet, the compositions are soft and very soothing.
These opposing elements create a visually compelling body of work.
Your passion and skill for the medium and the sea shine through
beautifully".

If you have seen my work in the flesh, then maybe you have spent
too much time looking at cut squares of paper with print that
rubs off and hanging in gloomy places from string with only flies
for an audience!
Permit me to gloat if you have been a victim of my work. I suppose
in retaliation, you would like to see myself locked up in a very
small room with an un-muzzled Anthony Hopkins.
